How often do you perform monthly maintenance?
Routine maintenance — updates and backups — is performed once a month as part of both monthly plans. If our security or downtime monitoring detects an issue between visits, we respond as needed rather than waiting for the next scheduled update, so your site stays protected around the clock.
What is security monitoring?
Security monitoring actively watches your website for malware, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity in the background. If something is detected that needs attention, we’re alerted immediately so we can investigate and act — rather than discovering a problem only when it’s already caused damage.
What is downtime monitoring?
Downtime monitoring checks your website every few minutes, around the clock, to confirm it’s live and accessible to visitors. If your site goes offline for any reason — server issues, a failed update, or anything else — we’re alerted straight away so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible, rather than your site sitting offline unnoticed until a customer happens to mention it.
What's the difference between Monthly Essential and Monthly Plus?
Both plans include the same monthly updates, backups, security monitoring, and downtime monitoring. Monthly Plus adds 1 hour of content edit time each month, so small changes to your website — updating text, prices, or images — are simply included rather than billed separately each time.
Can I maintain my own website instead of paying monthly?
Absolutely. Every client receives a free, easy-to-follow maintenance guide when their website launches, covering monthly updates, backups, and basic security habits. Many clients manage this themselves — and we’re always available if you have questions or would rather we just take care of it for you.
Do you offer support after my website goes live?
Yes. Beyond our maintenance plans, we’re always available for once-off support, small fixes, or bigger changes as your business grows. If something unexpected comes up outside your plan, additional support is billed at our hourly rate.
